14-15-year-olds can safely and effectively use the gym
Gym sessions can be booked using the booking app. You can attend on a PAYG basis or a monthly direct debit payment.
To join, please fill in the form, completed and signed by a parent or guardian and uploaded here, or alternatively brought to reception to complete sign up.
There are 3 mandatory induction sessions, this can either be requested here or by calling 020 8255 1116.
Prior to the first induction session, the parent or guardian must attend and give verbal consent that it is acceptable to join our 14-15 gym scheme.
*There is a joining fee of £30.

You must attend every subsequent training session with parent or guardian. 11-13 Club are not allowed to use all of the equipment.
